PowerToys for Windows

Ben blogs about a way to bring Exposé functionality to Windows XP. Using the Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP, you can have an adequate replacement for Exposé. I would like to have some more information about that, since there where no screenshots available on the web and I don’t have Windows XP installed here (at work). But I doubt that this is comparable to Apple’s solution.

One Response to PowerToys for Windows

  1. No, it’s not really as advanced as Expose, but still quite good, considdering it was the first implementation of such an idea. Expose clearly goes way beyond that in showing a more professional approche.

Considering performance, well, Microsoft does not control the HW, so this has still to run without any 3D GPU, so, yes, it’s slower then Expose.
